Today knowledge and information is FREE. Any free person that can excess Google, Youtube or other free sites can get for free anything you can learn in any big Dollar Real Estate seminar. This might sound negative but its just true, "no mater how free and plentiful the knowledge is most people will not and can not put it to use or take action". Real Estate education companies charge for what they call the inside real info, or some call it their millionaire secret and on and on. All this stuff is bait and switch marketing, the free info or course is to get you there then get you all pumped up then tell you that you don't really want your dream, or you are just not committed enough if you do not pay for the next course or seminar with money you probably might not have but man this is your future pay up. All Bull Shit! Tom and his team will transform your thinking and actions, the value is not in the Real Estate information, or deal ideas, the value is in TAKING ACTION, Our philosophy, we are going to teach you how to take massive action, period, the only way it can happen.

    Tom started his American journey when his parents left Greece after a political coup. In 1969 looking for a better life, daring to look for a new and better future for them and their children his parents gave up all that they knew and owned, to immigrate to the United States of America. They all had to learn a new life, nine years after arriving in Charlotte North Carolina. It’s 1977 Tom is now 18 years old, working full time at the Lance Cracker Factory and graduates from high school. In 1978 just nine years after arriving in the USA he fulfills a dream he used to tell his friends back in Greece about, by  joining the United States Air Force.

Over the next decades the young immigrant realized and lived the American dream in many exciting and rewarding ways. Serving in the USAF he got the chance to fly around the globe on the C-5 Galaxy he was assigned to at DAFB. These experiences were not only exiting but very eye and mind opening for him. In the early 1980’s that spirit of adventure and serch for the new and exiting moved him again, he became a PADI Dive master and a PADI Rescue Diver with numerous dives around the world. During his Diving adventures he had the honor, under the leadership of Chief Rick Smith, to help train the first Dive Team deployed by the Dover DE Police Department. The rigors and containment of military life, along with the idea of starting a family made him now seek more choices and freedoms. Still serving in the USAF he looked at the new opportunities and future of tech, video, digital tech, personal computing, and entertainment. Wanting to get in to the new industries emerging he started a video store business Star Video & Rising Sun Video. During the video and DVD boom, he expanded to multiple locations and made a successful exit before national chains like Hollywood Video, Blockbuster and then NetFlix dominated the home viewing industry.
Leaving the USAF he started a Secure Bank Courier company DBS Express, growing that company to the largest secure courier and same day express delivery company on the Delmarva Peninsula. DBS Express served every State of Delaware office, facility, and school, many national companies, along with largest national banks, to include Bank of America,  MBNA and many others. During all this excitement like many serial entrepreneurs Tom founded a cable television network CVN, (Classified Video Network) CVN operated on local cable channels, they sold classified ads for cars and real estate before the Internet Digital Boom. Tom started the only photo classified auto magazine serving dealers and private parties on the Delmarva Peninsula, The Auto Buyer, it was wildly successful and eventually acquired by a national media company. During the .com boom of the late 1990’s he created over 350 domain names, he launched the first online truck rental company www.RentAWorkTruck.com, successfully pursuing it along with other early developed “.com” domains.  
As technology made document delivery and live signatures no longer necessary Tom exited from the courier/delivery business while  at the same time acquiring City Cab, a 50 year old Taxi business with one Taxi Cab in Dover Delaware. He changed the name to City Cab of Delaware and over the next few years he and his team grew it from a one Taxi Cab operation in Dover to the largest Taxi company in the State of Delaware, with Taxis serving and stationed in all counties in the State. Running City Cab of Delaware for over 25 years he decides to get out of the Taxi business right before ride sharing technologies like UBER & LIFT enter and disrupt the industry. While exiting the Taxi business he founded the first Spanish Language News Paper on the Delmarva peninsula, La Voz de Delmarva, he founded and led USUTI (United States Urban Tactical Institute) a security, and firearms training company that operated the only interactive, use of force, and firearm training video simulator in the state of Delaware. Tom comes from a family of builders, restauranteurs, and real estate entrepreneurs, he has been active in the real estate business since 1982 making his first deal while in the USAF on a multi-family property and has completed  commercial, industrial, raw land development, single family, multi-family, retail, and pretty much every type of real estate transaction out there. He holds licenses and or certifications and has served in the following fields and positions, FAA Aircraft Power Plant and Airframe Tech., USAF Power Plant and Airframe Instructor, USAF C-5 Galaxy Crew Chief, USAF CCAF Airfield Management, USAF Facility Manager, PADI Rescue Diver, PADI Dive Master, Licensed Realtor, NRA Firearms Instructor, USCCA Firearms Instructor, Concealed Cary Firearms Instructor in 32 States, Active Shooter preparedness Instructor, Personal protection Instructor, Motivational Speaker,  Tom has served on Boards, Legislative Committees, multiple terms as president of the DE, Taxi Owners Association. International Rotary, Chamber of Commerce, and has served on a Municipal Planing Commission in the state of Delaware.

Tom still lives in Delaware with Vicky his wife of over 30 years. During all these adventures and excitement Vicky and Tom raised three wonderful and amazing sons, all three are currently serving our country proudly pursuing peace, freedom, and adventure around the globe.
